Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Advisor to join our successful Keystar team located at Rothwell.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Assisting Customers: Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing essential guidance and support throughout their service experience.
  • Vehicle Assessments and Diagnoses: Conduct thorough vehicle assessments, diagnosing issues and recommending necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Service Recommendations: Explain service recommendations in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring customers are fully informed and satisfied.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate service appointments and manage work orders efficiently, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Accurate Billing and Payment Processing: Ensure accurate billing and payment processing, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Automotive Knowledge: Possess strong automotive knowledge, with a passion for cars and a commitment to Aftersales excellence.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
