We are seeking an experienced professional to join our kitchen team as a skilled cook. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes over live flame and delivering bold flavors to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the art of cooking over live flame to ensure every dish is cooked to perfection.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to prepare menu items.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering dishes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience on a flame or charcoal grill.
  • Butchery and dry ageing experience preferred.
  • Ability to accurately work to standards and recipes.
  • Passion for food, people, and hospitality.
  • Certificate III Commercial Cookery Qualification.
  • Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service.
