Job Opportunities: Chef - The Modbury Hotel in the Northern Suburbs

Are you a talented and dedicated chef looking for an exciting opportunity to work in thriving family-owned hotels? The king hotel group is offering chef opportunities across our Restaurants in Modbury.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A demonstrated passion and discipline for serving quality and simply delicious food
  • Proven experience as a team player
  • Minimum 2 years of a la carte kitchen experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high standards
  • Formal trade qualifications in commercial cooking or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Experience in prep work, deep frying, functions, grill, pan work, cold larder, and Pizza.
  • A high emphasis on food hygiene
  • Reliable means of transport.
  • Ability to work over a 7-day roster
  • Reliability.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
