About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Grill Cook to join our culinary team. As a Senior Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking and serving high-quality dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of main meals, steaks and desserts in accordance with our menu.
  • Ensure the quality and safety of food served to guests with special dietary requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-volume grill heavy dining venue.
  • Proven expertise in grilling and cooking techniques.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team of junior chefs and kitchen staff.
