About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team and provide expert guidance on people matters, including employee relations, performance management, and absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Manage employee relations and performance management issues proactively through effective processes and documentation.
  • Analyse data and trends to identify key insights and opportunities to inform strategic discussions.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Promote a positive work environment and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resource Management or CIPD Certification (level 5).
  • Previous experience in a People Advisor or Coordinator role, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • A strong understanding of employment law and best practice, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and people tech tools.
