About This Role

As a Senior Health and Safety Specialist, you will take on a leadership position to shape a strong safety culture across multiple sites.

This is an opportunity to lead site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, implementing practical control measures.

You will provide guidance, assurance, and mentoring to teams and contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety systems while driving positive outcomes.

Maintaining accurate health & safety records, you will report on performance and compliance, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies across multiple sites
  • Lead site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Provide training and guidance to teams and contractors on health and safety best practices
  • Monitor and maintain accurate health and safety records, reporting on performance and compliance
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance health and safety systems and behaviours
