About the role:
We're looking for multiple Customer Service Representatives to join our inbound Contact Centre Team representing the global leader in hair and cosmetics L'Oréal. As a Customer service Representative you will:
- Be an exemplary representative of a Global Cosmetics Brand
- Commit to consumer advocacy and to delivering great outcomes for both the consumer and company
- Be responsible for handling consumer communication enquiries and providing consumers with a highly personalised experience throughout
- Offer professional advice via phone, email and web chat support to consumers.
About you:
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous Contact Centre experience highly regarded
- Confidence with a positive attitude
- Ability to think on your feet
- Strong computer and systems literacy, SAP experience desirable
- Available to work a rotating roster Monday to Saturday; between the hours of 8am-5pm.
