The role involves leading the setup and integration of digital marketing technology, including performance channels, analytics, tag management, and advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, with a focus on driving customer acquisition through high-performing media.
  • Set up, manage, and optimise performance marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Prepare and implement digital marketing strategies across Search, PPC, CPC, and Display channels.
  • Plan, execute, and scale paid social media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Support organic social media strategies and collaborate on content creation to drive engagement and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with agency partners on digital marketing activities.
  • Establish reporting and dashboards for digital marketing channels and KPIs.
  • Measure, report, and make recommendations on campaign growth, traffic trends, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends, and insights.
  • Support funnel optimisation strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Ensure all digital activity complies with legal and industry regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with the front-end developer, CRM specialist, and broader marketing team to ensure alignment across digital initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a digital marketing role focused on performance and paid campaigns.
  • Proven ability to optimise key performance metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of PPC, CPC, SEO, and CRO strategies.
  • Ability to interpret analytics data and translate findings into actionable marketing tactics.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
