We're on the lookout for a driven and curious Retention Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing marketing team.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our customer retention strategy-designing, building, and optimising multi-channel campaigns that engage, delight, and build loyalty.

You'll work across teams and with external partners to deliver seamless customer experiences and data-led campaign performance, primarily through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

What you'll be doing

Own the retention journey from start to finish:

  • Build and deploy campaigns via email, SMS, and other digital channels

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align messaging, assets and timelines

  • Write or help craft compelling content that connects with customers

  • Partner with the web team to improve landing pages and drive conversion

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance-what's working, what's not, and what's next

  • Continuously find ways to improve automation, personalisation, and impact

What we're looking for

Experience & Know-How:

  • 2-3 years in retention, lifecycle or email marketing

  • Marketing automation experience is essential (Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a bonus)

Skills That Shine:

  • Strong writing and editing skills

  • Analytical mindset-you love diving into data to guide decisions

  • Awareness of landing page/user experience best practices
