Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior Service Designer to join an exciting project.

This role requires collaboration with experts, utilising UX principles to deliver impactful outcomes that balance user needs with business goals.

  • Leading service design activities in agile delivery teams
  • Enhancing and improving existing software systems
  • Applying best practice service design methods for electoral services or improved customer experiences
  • Designing and delivering service design artefacts and communication material

Candidates must be Australian Citizens with Federal Government clearances or above to be found suitable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project/program environments experience in human-centred design
  • Collaboration within multidisciplinary teams and effective stakeholder relationships
  • Planning, facilitating, and documenting user interviews
  • Translating between business and technical needs
