Job Title

A Strategic Leader is required to lead a specialist campus of Mental Health Units within the South Western Sydney Local Health District.

As the nursing leader, you will provide management and guidance to a growing service, driving innovation and developing best practices in mental health nursing.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of professionalism, integrity and accountability. The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals, and with executive staff.
  • Work collaboratively with all levels of staff to achieve organisational goals.
