The Role:

This is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise in risk management to the success of our organization.

As a Risk Management Business Associate, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks that impact our business strategy.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective risk management practices are implemented and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and report on risk profiles to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with business areas to identify key metrics for monitoring risk levels
  • Deliver strategic objectives for risk management, enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of risk processes
  • Support business areas in undertaking risk assessments and reviews, facilitating material risk assessments where necessary
  • Provide training and coaching to area representatives and risk owners as required
  • Motivate stakeholders to improve risk management processes and facilitate governance forums

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years' experience in strategy, program risk, or risk management
  • Tertiary or post-graduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g., business, management, risk)
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, including those related to strategy, programs, and projects
  • Prior experience in complex environments with multiple stakeholders
