Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Risk and Compliance professional to join our team. As the primary point of contact for risk and compliance issues, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to the Front Office and collaborating with key stakeholders to promote a strong culture of risk and compliance awareness.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in risk, compliance, and/or assurance, preferably in wealth management or with regulators. Experience overseeing wealth management advice business functions, including monitoring and conducting file reviews, is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Advisers, Associate Advisers, and Associates, Heads of Advisory, Front Office Risk Manager, and Regional Managers in managing business risks and compliance obligations.
- Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders to promote a strong culture of risk and compliance awareness, ownership, and management.
- Assist in understanding and implementing risk, compliance, and controls frameworks required by LGT Crestone, including related policies, procedures, and tools.
- 6+ years of experience in risk, compliance, and/or assurance, preferably in wealth management or with regulators.
- Experience overseeing wealth management advice business functions, including monitoring and conducting file reviews.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage expectations and communicate complex information effectively.
