About the Role:

As an Associate Director, Fraud and Business Risk Professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's approach to fraud risk management.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and improving business systems and processes through the effective integration of the NAB Fraud Risk Framework
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to implement controls and monitor fraudulent activities within the Business and Private Divisional Risk Setting Statements
  • Designing indicators for ongoing monitoring and providing input for Business and Private Divisional Risk Setting Statements

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Business or Finance, coupled with experience in risk management, process management, ideally in the banking environment or within Fraud SME
  • Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and influence abilities to drive assurance across the division
  • Time management and ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
