**About the role**
The Manager, Business Risk & Compliance - Member & Employer Experience (MR-MEX) position is a key role within the Line 1 Business Risk & Compliance team, reporting to the Head of Business Risk & Compliance - MEX (HBR-MEX).
The role is part of a Line 1 Business Risk & Compliance team, working within the MEX business, collaborating with MEX stakeholders to drive an optimised and sustainable balance between risk and reward to achieve member outcomes and business objectives.

The primary responsibility for the MR-MEX is to implement the risk management framework and strategy to ensure MEX business risks are identified, understood and managed effectively, consistent with the Cbus enterprise risk management framework.

**About you**

You will have prior experience in implementing a risk management framework and risk management strategy aligned to the enterprise risk framework and strategy ideally within a financial services / superannuation environment.
You will assist in the development, review and implementation of MEX business unit risk policies and guidelines and implement the risk assessment program to identify, assess and manage MEX business unit risks to identify and analyse material risks, controls and compliance obligations based on documented business processes and look at ways in which these processes can be enhanced, so demonstrated experience in this space will be highly regarded.

You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and in your role you will work very closely with the Heads of MEX Business Units to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to manage the operational risk profile in accordance with the risk management strategy.

Ideally you will have a strong understanding of interdependencies between superannuation business processes, systems, risks, controls and compliance, you will be commercially astute with strong analytical and organisational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, activities and projects, simultaneously.
