Job Title: Delivery Manager - Capital Planning & Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team at Vicinity Limited. As a key member of our capital planning and delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of capital projects across our retail portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operational management teams, to identify project requirements and develop project briefs
  • Manage and coordinate the design and construction process, including the appointment of architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with Vicinity's risk and compliance procedures, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, suppliers, and contractors
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, construction management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and fire life safety building infrastructure systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
