Job Overview
Kennedy Reid is seeking a skilled Claims Consultant to join our team in Baulkham Hills. As a Claims Consultant, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and supporting initiatives related to the evaluation, processing, and handling of insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to allocating Assessors in evaluating and processing insurance claims.
- Assist in preparing reports and updating accounts as necessary.
- Review claims to ensure invoicing requirements are met and answer inquiries from clients.
- Manage a portfolio of claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Make outbound and inbound phone calls to clients and stakeholders.
- Respond to claim inquiries and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate records in our database.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is essential.
- Insurance or claims experience is highly regarded.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
