Training Solutions Designer

We are seeking a skilled Training Solutions Designer to support the delivery of best practice training solutions across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- To take ownership of multiple projects and service requests, aligning with our strategic departmental goals, vision, and values.
- To scope, design, and deliver innovative and engaging training solutions, ensuring our teams are equipped to provide exceptional support to the community.
- To continuously improve existing training materials, maintaining alignment with our dynamic environment.
- To consult and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, developing productive working relationships and identifying areas of opportunity.
Requirements:
- A strong background in learning design, with experience in creating high-quality training solutions.
- Proficiency in Moodle-based learning management systems and Articulate eLearning software packages.
- Excellent graphic design and video/audio editing skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
