Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Training Designer to join our team. As a key member of our learning and project teams, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs that enhance resident care.

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in instructional design, digital learning tools, and behavioral change to a transformational project that requires innovative solutions.

About the Role:

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate change impacts into learning requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing scalable and effective learning solutions that support system implementation and ongoing business needs.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate change impacts into learning requirements.
  • Applying contemporary instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and Gagne's 9 Events of Instruction.

Qualifications and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in learning and development, education, or a related field.
  • A Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment.
  • Proven experience in instructional design, digital learning tools, and applying neurosciences in learning.
  • Strong project, budget, and stakeholder management skills with successful outcomes.
