Training Materials Designer Role
">- Design and review training materials under the management of a Development Manager.
- Contribute innovative learning solutions to the development of training resources.
- Provide constructive feedback in the review of national training resources.
- Maintain productive relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensure development activities comply with regulatory frameworks, financial policies, and administrative guidelines.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Instructional Design skills with recent examples of application in training materials.
- Current or recent national police check.
Desirable Qualifications:
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical training sessions.
- Implement digital and innovative learning solutions.
This is an APS5 level position requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. The ideal location for this role is Melbourne, Australia.
