Regional Director of Care Services

This is an exciting chance to lead a well-established aged care service in a welcoming and close-knit regional community.
Key Responsibilities:- Overall leadership of the facility, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, team performance, and resident satisfaction.
- Develop and provide monthly order bookings and sales revenue forecasts for Foam Agent and Foam Hardware demand creation and sales activities in APAC region.
- Formulate pricing recommendations and discount structures and participate in Special Price Request (SPR) review calls with Territory Sales Manager, Pricing Manager and Product Sales director.
- Support existing distributors and systems integrators, driving demand creation and sales to achieve required minimum expectations.
This role requires prior experience as a Residential Service Manager in aged care, current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, strong knowledge of aged care standards, quality systems, and accreditation, excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills, and genuine passion for creating positive environment for residents and staff.
