Aged Care Service Leader Opportunity in Regional VIC

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to take on the role of Residential Service Manager at one of our aged care facilities in Regional Victoria.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate professional to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and staff.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Residential Service Manager in aged care, current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, strong knowledge of aged care standards, quality systems, and accreditation, excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills, and a genuine passion for creating a positive environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to the facility's staff
  • Ensuring high standards of care and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve resident satisfaction and outcomes
  • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including residents, families, and healthcare professionals
