We are seeking a Care Director to join our NDIS-registered organisation supporting participants across Melbourne. About the Role: As Care Director, you'll:
  • Oversee service delivery across all care programs, ensuring they meet NDIS quality and compliance standards
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to support workers and team leaders
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to drive service excellence and business growth
  • Champion client outcomes by maintaining a strong focus on person-centred care
  • Work closely with participants, families, and stakeholders to ensure their needs are consistently met with compassion and professionalism
About You
Proven experience in a leadership role within the disability, community or aged care sectors
Sound knowledge of the NDIS framework and participant care requirements
Passion for person-centred care and commitment to continuous quality improvement
Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day care operations
Excellent communication, team management, and organisational skills
