Director of Regional Care Operations

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee residential aged care operations across a large number of sites in regional Australia.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational performance, empowering teams to deliver high-quality care, and achieving financial objectives.
About the Role- Ensure safe, high-quality care that meets all accreditation and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement for resident outcomes and experiences
- Lead, mentor and support managers to build a positive culture, accountability and high performance
- Improve morale, attraction, retention and development of staff across all homes
- Proven experience overseeing residential aged care operations
- Strong knowledge of Australian aged care standards, accreditation and compliance requirements
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and consistently excellent outcomes
- The ability to lead, mentor and hold managers accountable while fostering a positive workplace culture
