The role of Director of Nursing is a critical leadership position overseeing clinical, non-clinical and financial operations at our campus. We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead the care team and ensure residents receive outstanding person-centered care.
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to staff across all departments
- Promote a culture of transparency, continuous improvement and clinical excellence
- Oversee business performance metrics and healthcare resource allocation
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration
- Empower your team through coaching, training and professional development
- Ensure care plans and services meet the unique needs of every individual
- Champion resident-directed care and shared decision making
- Implement systems to deliver safe, high-quality culturally-appropriate care
- Identify and lead new initiatives aligned with aged care reforms
The ideal candidate will be a strategic inclusive leader able to drive innovation while developing a cohesive person-centered culture.
