We are seeking an experienced Beverage Manager to lead our beverage operations across multiple venues. The successful candidate will have a strong background in high-volume beverage service, with expertise in cocktail and wine knowledge development, staff management, and cost control.
The key responsibilities of this leadership role include:
- Collaborating with the Head of Beverage to develop creative beverage offerings that deliver innovation and creativity to our members and guests while maintaining profitability.
- Managing and delivering a productive and effective casual team workforce.
- Maintaining consistency and excellence in beverage presentation and service through collaboration with the venue team.
- Monitoring and controlling beverage costs across Rosehill Gardens and Canterbury Park venues.
- Providing training and development for the beverage team and casual team members.
This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to move seamlessly between venues, allocate time effectively, and provide leadership and support. Success in the role will be measured through team engagement and development, performance reviews tied to operational consistency, and guest satisfaction.
