Job Title: Senior Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Service Delivery Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences through efficient service delivery.
  2. Talent Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff to provide top-notch service and maintain high morale.
  3. Scheduling Optimization: Create and implement shift schedules that meet the needs of the business and staff.
  4. Performance Enhancement: Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement.
  5. Inventory Control and Procurement: Manage inventory levels and negotiate with suppliers for food and beverage products to secure the best prices.
  6. Financial Acumen: Monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial sustainability.
  7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  8. Supplier Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms.
  9. Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients to negotiate facility use for catering, parties, and banquets.
