Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Beverage and Food Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences in the Living Room Bar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring efficient service and high-quality products.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless service.
  • Maintain compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Monitor and manage the sale of alcoholic beverages responsibly.
  • Lead by example, promoting excellent service standards and guest relations.
  • Support team members during peak periods, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setup and equipment cleaning.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is essential.
  • Availability to work weekends, rotating shifts, and public holidays as required.
  • Current and valid RSA certification is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, spirits, wines, and other relevant products is a must.
  • Strong focus on service culture and exceptional guest experiences is critical.
  • Full working rights in Australia are required.
