Senior Inclusive Education Specialist

The Learning Development Leader is responsible for designing and delivering inclusive learning experiences across the school, from prep to year 12.
Key areas of responsibility include gifted and talented education, English as an Additional Language (EAL), and learning support.
A key aspect of this role is championing equitable access and ensuring compliance with relevant processes including the NCCD and special examination arrangements.
This position requires a dynamic leader with a strong commitment to inclusion, equity, and student voice.
You will:
- Lead educational leadership and team management in inclusive/student support education
- Develop expertise in inclusive education, differentiation, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL)
- Implement knowledge of special needs, gifted education, and EAL strategies
- Promote strong communication, collaboration, and advocacy skills
- Maintain organisational and compliance capability (NCCD, exam adjustments)
- Demonstrate effective classroom teaching skills that model best practice
- Hold current teaching qualification and registration
- Develop and implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and personalised pathways
- Experience leading specialist teams and collaborating with families/professionals
