About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of our Customer Service team on a relief basis. This involves organizing tasks and activities, acting as a key point of escalation for customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daily operations of the Customer Service team
  • Organize tasks and activities to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Act as a key point of escalation for customer inquiries
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
What We Are Looking For
  • A natural leader with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deal with all levels of customer complaints in a fair and empathetic manner
  • First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Working with Children Check Clearance
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Cash handling experience and proficiency in CRM systems
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and willingness to undertake Leadership and Performance Management training
  • Flexibility to work shifts as required
  • Clear performance management history for 12 months
