Customer Service Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, be able to motivate and develop our staff, and ensure our service standards are met.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience and driving business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with 3+ years' experience in supervisory or leadership roles. Previous experience as a Duty Manager is highly regarded.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a deep understanding of all aspects relating to club operations and compliance.

A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field would be advantageous but not essential. What is essential is your passion for leadership development, your ability to genuinely connect with people, and your willingness to be flexible with work hours.
