Catholic Healthcare is seeking an experienced Customer Care Team Leader to lead our busy Home & Community Services team in Sydney.

  • Responsibilities include providing day-to-day management and support to the Customer Care Team, building the skills and knowledge of the team to ensure a consistent level of performance, and acting as a point of contact for escalated calls and enquiries.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in customer service and/or care environment, ideally in a call centre environment, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
