Red Hat, Inc. is on the lookout for a seasoned professional in alliance sales to take on the role of Partner Sales Account Manager. This position will focus on overseeing all facets of Red Hat's alliance sales initiatives with key partners. Your responsibilities will include developing and leading partnerships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Hardware Vendors, as well as managing enablement, training, and the formulation of business strategies. Additionally, you will advocate for channel business needs to enhance partner offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute Red Hat's alliance sales strategy with our strategic partners.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with key strategic alliance partners.
  • Establish robust partnerships to bolster Red Hat's business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in hardware and software alliances and channel sales.
  • Proven experience in direct sales, channel sales, alliance management, and sales leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in sales management roles.
  • Significant experience in alliance sales positions with established connections to strategic Red Hat alliance partners.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Red Hat products, whether through direct experience or competitive insight.
  • Advanced proficiency in English is essential.
