About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Partner Sales Manager to join our Korea Partner & Channel team at AU10 VMware Australia Pty Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and revenue through our partner ecosystem in Korea.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and distributors, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and drive joint engagement with partners across the sales cycle.
  • Establish and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, leveraging expertise and key focus areas at our partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in partner sales or channel management, with a strong understanding of the Korean market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Fluency in English, with a strong command of business terminology and concepts.
About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, working closely with our Korea EUC sales team, partner team, and marketing to drive business growth and success.

The team is led by Rajesh Deepchandani, Asia Pacific EUC Director for Partners, who has over 20 years of experience in the industry and a proven track record of success in channel and partner management.

The role is remote, and you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere with a strong internet connection and limited distractions.
