Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team in a permanent part-time role. As an integral member of our childcare centre, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment that fosters the growth and development of children.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification, a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), and a First Aid Certificate Including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis. You will also have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe and stimulating environment that promotes children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Establish strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to build trust and foster a sense of community
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress, including observations, photos, and artwork
