  • Learning and Development Manager: Oversee the design, delivery and evaluation of training programs to support employee growth and organisational goals.
  • L&D Coordinator: Support the planning and logistics of training sessions, managing calendars, and liaise with trainers and participants.
  • Instructional Designer: Develop engaging learning content and materials using instructional design principles and digital tools.
  • Training Facilitator: Deliver in-person or virtual training sessions, ensuring participants are engaged and learning outcomes are met.
  • Training Administrator: Managing training records, LMS data, and compliance reporting ensuring smooth program operations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Instructional Design: Ability to create engaging, effective learning materials using adult learning principles and digital tools.
  • Facilitation and Presentation: Skilled in delivering training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually.
  • Learning Technologies: Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), eLearning platforms, and authoring tools like Articulate or Captivate.
  • Needs Analysis: Capable of identifying skill gaps and aligning learning solutions with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with leaders, subject matter experts, and employees.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Experience in measuring training effectiveness and using data to refine learning strategies.
