Job Opportunity

This role involves collaborating with educators and subject matter experts to create high-quality digital resources for online learning. We are seeking a collaborative individual who can work closely with our team to deliver innovative, accessible, and engaging learning experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner with Educators to design digital resources, tools, and activities aligned with best practice.
  • Deliver training that empowers staff to confidently teach and engage in online environments.
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify and integrate effective learning resources for online delivery.
  • Apply templates, processes, and protocols within the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth course delivery.
  • Contribute to course and unit development by supporting academics with digital technologies that enhance learning outcomes.
  • Assist with online development projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in education and training, with a degree or diploma (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to negotiate and facilitate outcomes with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, contributing to technology-enabled learning and teaching projects.
  • The ability to respond appropriately to clients while maintaining a high standard of quality customer service.
  • Demonstrated success in developing learning designs/curriculum across higher education and/or vocational education and training (desirable).
