
Accounts Payable and Administrative Officer

This role entails various administrative duties within a team setting. The main responsibilities include managing accounts receivable, overseeing collections and follow-up, reviewing and verifying invoices, handling client billing, preparing monthly invoice summaries.
- Accounts Receivable duties involve examining and confirming invoices for accuracy, processing client payments, and maintaining up-to-date records of transactions.
- Prior experience in accounts receivable processing is necessary, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and experience working with finance systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Key Skills and Qualifications Required- Intermediate MS Office skills are required, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A high level of accuracy and efficiency in data entry is essential for this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this position.
