Aged Care Specialist

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Support Care Specialists. This role involves providing high-quality care to residents in aged care settings, focusing on their physical, social, and cultural needs.
- Develop strong relationships with residents by delivering tailored support services that cater to their individual requirements.
- Implement care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic resident care.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with residents and families.
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (desired).
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts on weekdays and weekends.
To succeed in this role, you will need to undergo thorough background checks, maintain up-to-date flu and COVID vaccinations, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering best-practice care.
