Aged Care Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Aged Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent and possess excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our Registered Nurses to deliver person-centered care and ensure the well-being of our residents.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to residents in accordance with their individual needs
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Participate in recreational activities and provide emotional support to residents
- Report any changes in resident behavior or concerns to the Registered Nurse
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering person-centered care and promoting the well-being of residents
