Job Title:

Aged Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Aged Care Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with aged care needs.

 

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to provide support and assistance to individuals with aged care needs. As an Aged Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Aiding in the care and support of individuals with aged care needs
  • Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as personal care and mobility
  • Assisting with medication management and administration
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to promote independence and well-being

 

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualification or experience working with aged care participants
  • Legal right to work in Australia
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First aid and CPR certificate
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support

 

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of commitment and reliability
  • Desire to aid in the lives of individuals with disabilities
