
Remote Community Support Professional

This is a dynamic role that involves supporting our Community Development Based in Community program across remote Indigenous communities.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and adaptable professional to join our team as a Community Development Support Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to our CDP Sites, including travel to different communities and living out of your suitcase.
You will work closely with existing employees and community stakeholders to build strong relationships and provide extra support when needed.
Your primary goal will be to immerse yourself in the longest living culture in the world while making a positive impact on our remote Aboriginal communities.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to remote Indigenous communities to support our Community Development Based in Community program
- Provide support to our CDP Sites, including covering vacancies while recruiting, annual leave, and providing extra support when needed
- Build strong relationships with existing employees and community stakeholders
- Ability to salary package
- Shared accommodation + all utility bills included
- 7 weeks annual leave + 17.5% leave loading
- 14% superannuation
