We're seeking an experienced Employee Relations expert to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources function, you'll be responsible for leading the end-to-end management of employee relations and industrial matters across APAC.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for disputes, grievances, and Fair Work or tribunal matters.
- Conduct robust investigations and provide strategic, risk-based advice to stakeholders.
- Manage sensitive termination processes and employee complaints to mitigate business risk.
- Provide expert guidance on workplace conduct, policies, and compliance obligations.
- Deliver training and uplift capability across the HR and payroll functions.
- Strong experience in conducting workplace investigations and managing ER disputes.
- A solid understanding of the Australian IR/ER landscape and Fair Work legislation.
- The ability to navigate union environments and employee representative engagement.
- Excellent judgement, discretion, and communication skills under pressure.
- A proactive, calm and organised approach to complex casework.
- A customer-focused mindset and a desire to contribute to continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a fast-paced HR or ER function.
- High emotional intelligence and confidence managing sensitive issues.
- A sharp eye for detail, strong MS Office skills, and a practical understanding of legislation.
