Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent patient care skills, ensuring patients' physical and psychological needs are met. The successful applicant will:

  • Manage patients' care plans effectively, ensuring seamless communication with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, communicating information regarding patients' status.
  • Monitor medication management protocols, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Current and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Experience in Radiation Oncology and/or Medical Oncology (desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, empathy for patients and carers.
  • Clinical and problem-solving skills, ability to plan and coordinate care.
  • Commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
