Our client owns and runs a specialist dental practice on the idyllic Lower North Shore and they have a rare opening for a first class receptionist to join their front office team

**Typical duties will include;**
- Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients
- Answering phone calls and managing general enquiries from patients
- Managing patient appointments, recalls and confirmations/reminders
- Effectively manage patient accounts / invoicing including processing payments
- Providing excellent customer service and rapport building with patients
- Previous experience working as a receptionist with either a dental or healthcare background
- Advanced working knowledge of electronic patient software systems
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Immaculately presented
