We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide support for our Insurance Brokers and new business projects. As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and contributing to the success of our organization.

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your project management skills to coordinate new business projects and provide administrative support to our Account Brokers. You will be responsible for communicating with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to ensure their insurance needs are met. Additionally, you will participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, including drafting quotations and creating renewal reports.

Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including preparing, lodging, and invoicing insurance policies in a timely and accurate manner. As a key stakeholder, you will manage relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Client Managers to enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service.
