Insurance Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Support Specialist to provide dedicated support to our Executive Liability Loss Adjuster team.

About the Role
  • Draft and format legal documents related to insurance claims, litigation, and settlements with accuracy.
  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential case files, correspondence, and court documents in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate effectively with claims managers, underwriters, and external legal counsel to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Schedule hearings, mediations, and meetings while ensuring all deadlines are met and exceeded.
  • Transcribe complex legal correspondence and reports from audio dictation with high accuracy.
  • Support document discovery, case preparation, and compliance tracking processes efficiently.
About You
  • Prior experience in insurance or financial services as a Legal Secretary is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of insurance terminology, claims procedures, and legal frameworks.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and confidentially.
