Job Title: Liability Insurance Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Liability Insurance Specialist in an acclaimed national firm with offices across Australia.

The successful candidate will be part of a team that works on high-profile, complex matters alongside respected practitioners, advising a diverse client base that includes major domestic and international insurers, loss adjusters and underwriters, government bodies and self-insured corporates.

  • Nervous shock and dependency claims
  • High-deductible and third-party cases

As a Liability Insurance Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading partners in a firm celebrated for its collaborative approach and legal excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on liability insurance law
  • Representing clients in complex court proceedings
  • Working closely with other lawyers, solicitors, and experts to achieve the best possible outcomes

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced lawyer with a strong background in liability insurance law. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
