We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our organizational success, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum Cert IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent, with a passion for supporting others to learn and develop. You will bring a unique understanding of contact centre operations and be able to establish a safe and inclusive learning environment where everyone thrives.
Your daily responsibilities will include facilitating classroom-style training programs, using your administrative skills to support the smooth operation of training and planning, and providing regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of training.

Key Responsibilities:
