About the Role

This vacancy will provide you with an insight into the Learning and Development team and may be the next step in your career.

Based in Ballarat, this position works across districts and travel between district offices will be required (transport supplied). You will report to the Lead; Learning and Development and work closely with volunteers and coordinators to focus on administration for Learning and Development activities within the region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administrative requirements including support to meetings, agenda preparation, venue and catering
  • Providing administrative support for the preparation of high-quality documentation, data and training material
  • Providing administrative support to database and systems management
  • Contributing to the administration of training instructor and training course scheduling
  • Managing communication and correspondence to support the Frontline Learning & Development Team
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external clients

Requirements

You will have strong attention to detail, be thorough and accurate combined with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
